Congratulations to Travis MacNeill for being awarded Employee of the Month!
Travis has been focused on driving performance excellence since day 1. He was hired in August 2008 and was proficient in all targets within his first month of hitting the floor. He continues to be GREEN across the board and consistently strives to improve. He is a team player and demonstrates a great deal of effort in all he does.
Travis is a productive member of the outbound collections initiative and embodies high performance. His dedication to his role and the company is evidenced by his great attendance record and tremendous work ethic. Travis displays a positive attitude 100% of the time and plays a key role in the success of his team.

Niagara Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Niagara’s Employee of the Month, Monika McKee!!
Monika is a member of the Direct Energy Billing Team, and has been employed by Accenture since April 2008.
In that short period of time, Monika has continued to excel at meeting her Performance Targets and growing within her role.
In March, The DE Back Office Team identified a need for more assistance with their Rental work and since Monika was trained to complete some Rental tasks in her idle time, and she had proven her abilities, she was asked to help out. This has proven to be a positive experience for both Monika and the Back Office Team! She has proven to be a true Team Player, ready to jump in and take on any task ahead of her!
Monika is a valued member of the Direct Energy Billing Team, not only for solid performance, but also for her strong work ethic, positive attitude and cheerful disposition! We are very fortunate to have her on our team!
