Niagara Employee of the Month - May 2009
Congratulations to Niagara's Employee of the Month, John Ruch!!
John joined our company supporting the Gas South client in 2003 then moved on to EGD to become a Team leader in Collections where he has become an invaluable asset to the escalations team.
In addition, John has assisted Back Office collections whenever needed by completing tasks with the expertise of a veteran back office team member. In February, John accepted an opportunity with our training department to travel to Toronto and provide support to the newly trained OCI team. All of these roles and challenges have been met by John with a professional attitude and a determination to succeed.
John is a true team player who has demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond to offer assistance to CSR's and peers and customers. He is a key "go to person" for the EGD CATS team when dealing with escalated collection issues and often volunteers to complete those difficult call backs. As a result, John has earned the respect of his co workers and managers.
In addition, John organizes the best run Survivor pool ever!
