Call Centre Fredericton

We are located at 495 Prospect Street (on the corner of Prospect Street and Hanwell Road).

Our contact centre offers employees an ideal working environment with chill-out areas (including complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate!), spacious work stations, free parking, and of course, a friendly team. The Fredericton site opened in September, 2000 and operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

We are looking for Bilingual (French & English) Customer Care Representatives at our Fredericton contact centre. Opportunities are available in permanent Full Time Flex positions working 35 - 44 hours per week, with schedules driven by peak business needs. You are required to have the flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts within our hours of operation. Successful applicants will possess excellent French and English communication skills, superior customer service experience and good computer skills. Successful completion of secondary school education (high school diploma or equivalent) is required for this position.

The shift is a flexible schedule, meaning that your shift will change from month to month. You are required to possess a great deal of flexibility and must be available to work the required hours. We do not recruit externally for our overnight shifts and you will not be required to work overnight.

You will work between 35 to 44 hours per week.

By completing this application, you will be applying for a position with Accenture Utilities BPO Services to work in our call centre. The role involves maintaining positive customer relations when answering service inquiries and/or billing inquiries via telephone and/or written correspondence. Selling and up-selling to new and existing customers is a key responsibility of the position, requiring you to be in "sales mode" at times. Full training will be provided to help you achieve success in this area.
