We are looking for dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills to staff our customer care centre in Vernon. Our Customer Service Representatives provide superior service to customers of our utilities industry clients. As an ideal candidate you have a positive, friendly manner and deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity. You also have superior problem solving, time management, and analytical skills and an ability to grasp new processes quickly.

The role involves maintaining positive customer relations when answering service inquiries and/or billing inquiries via telephone and/or written correspondence. Selling and up-selling to new and existing customers is a key responsibility of the position, requiring agents to be in "sales mode" at times. Full training will be provided to help CSRs achieve success in this area.
